varnished my nails white & painted the same hue of eyeliner for the first time since my tweens.

i think when spice girl mania hit i tried to re-create all 5 of the girls looks...frosting was there speciality!

one of my besties mother used to work for proctor and gamble, which cover girl was a brand, and almost every friday we would have makeup parties, and dig through all the free goodies in her basement. I never left without a bag brimming with endless teenager experimentation

i'm still a fan of cover girl.

but using chanel white satin + bobbi brown white out, allows me to feel a tad more grown up these days.

have been in a very thoughtful mood as of late. 

thinking of seasonal transitions... change... flowers blooming... strawberry season...the color purple & orange...fall shoes (hello proenza schouler!)...new-ness...and heaps more.

definitely enjoying a quiet weekend. nothing planned + scheduled. just one of those freeee weekends!
